Across all competitions, the Argentine missed four matches during his injury absence. Three league matches, where they went 1-1-1, and the first leg of their CONCACAF Champions Cup tie against CF Monterrey, a 2-0 loss at Chase Stadium. All three of Busquets, Alba and Suarez started and played against Rayados midweek, and are likely being rested for the return leg.
This is Messi's first appearance on the teamsheet since March 13.
